Ceylon Black Tea skillfully blended from low and medium grown elevations are used to create the unique characteristics that suit this brew. Ceylon Black Tea from those elevations are masterfully-used because they have the desired strength that helps make the Black Tea taste penetrate through when adding dairy.
Ceylon Black Tea should be brewed for a minimum of 3 mins in fresh water and should be covered with a lid to allow the brewing to intensify. Stir once after 1 min to allow the leaves to further release the Tannins (where the strength comes from).

When adding milk, be mindful to add milk that’s at room temperature or warm because adding cold milk will make the milk particles curdle.

Dosage = 1 clove bud per cup
Take a clove bud, bruise it with the back of a knife and break it into bits. Add this to the black tea leaves before adding water. Make sure to stir the black tea leaves after covering the cup at 2 intervals during the brewing time of 3 mins.
