What’s in a chai tea?
The most common ingredients that are blended with black tea are Cinnamon, cardamom, clove, Black pepper nutmeg, fennel seeds & in some instances masala powder. In some regions, Star anise and Nutmeg are added to the blend.

How do you make good chai tea?
Brew Chai teabags at a temperature of 100C for 2-3 mins, 150 ml and enjoy hot. Add a teaspoon of condensed milk and a tea spoon of honey for an all-natural sweet chai.
Make your own Chai Tea by yourself by brewing 1 heaped teaspoon of Ceylon black tea, half a teaspoon of ground ginger, turmeric powder, ground clove, Ceylon cinnamon, ground Fennel seeds, ground cardamom and black pepper powder. Simmer all these ingredients slowly with milk and water. 250 ml of liquid, 100 ml of water and 150 ml of milk, for 2-3 mins.
