Chronic Kidney Disease remains a serious issue in many under-developed areas of the country but Hayley’s Plantations are determined to help eradicate it via its award winning CSR Sathdiyawara programme.

Providing purified drinking water treatment plants, water collection points, docking stations and tractor mounted bowsers, the programme has not only benefited over 33,000 people from 19 villages in remote areas of North Central Sri Lanka but also given them access to regular health camps and awareness sessions.

In addition, we have also built a model organic farm and provided a library with internet facilities in every village.

It’s initiatives like these that make Hayleys Plantations a force for good in the community.
