All those who are affected by the floods, need to start life all over again purchasing all day to day requirements.
As a Company, the senior Management gave dry rations immediately followed by cash donations to each worker which helped them to purchase the basic requirements.

The neighboring community was given an awareness about the Prevention of Dengue with the Public Health Inspectors . An awareness leaflet was distributed to all the households and the school in the area on the prevention, precaution and the proper disposal of garbage. Furthermore high risk areas were identified and a shramadanaya was conducted. The neighborhood was also given free Mabroc tea packets .
The community was thankful for the project as many in this area was affected with this deadly disease.

Dry Ration Distribution for Mabroc Employees
For Sinhala and Tamil New year annually Mabroc Teas provides all minor staff with a dry rations gift packFlood Dry Ration and Cash Donation

The Management and Staff of Mabroc Teas organized a “Poson Dansala” for the 3rd consecutive year to give Ice Cream and Tea Packets to the public to coincide with Poson Poya.Dengi Eradication Project

All minor staff members who are in the permanent staff shall automatically become members of the MFF and in the event of death of an employee or his immediate family they will be given a cash fund of Rs. 20,000/-Living condition up liftment project
Having identified that among our staff in the minor category many lack basic sanitation facilities the management decided to conduct a survey to identify their current facilities and after doing an evaluation based on pre-set conditions such as seniority, number of dependent children, availability of deed etc the most deserving employees was selected and one project to build washroom facility at a workers house was commenced.Decided to take part in “Puritas Sath Diyawara” project
Dutuwewa in Anuradhapura district was selected and the foundation was laid for the water purification project - 2022–2026
